There was one powerset that was missing when DC Universe Online was released: Hard Light, or commonly know as the Power Ring.

I’ve been waiting for it since it was first announced as a power for the game, and was so disappointed that it was not going to be included at launch, I cancelled my preorder.  I later got the game after it was later announced that it would be released as downloadable content (DLC) sometime this summer, and then they announced that it would be free.

Today it was released.  And I decided that I was going to create myself in-game as a Reserve Green Lantern Corps ring wielder.

Beware my Power, bitches!

Until this character gets a Green Lantern hoodie, he’ll be sporting the Superman hoodie, JUST LIKE I WOULD.

This was my first attempt at making ‘me’:

He looked too scrawny, and since they have nothing between this body type and the ‘average’ body type (i.e. ‘middle aged chubby’) I opted for the shortest of the ‘average’ type:

We’ll just say that Lex Luthor’s exobytes acted like a superfast steroid on his body…
