I started the day with an early screening of Dunkirk<\/em>.<\/p>\n

From the standpoint of a history and World War II enthusiast, it was a great story, well told.<\/p>\n

From a film standpoint, it was a good movie. \u00a0I can see it getting nominated for awards, and Christopher Nolan may actually win an Oscar for directing.<\/p>\n

But because my tastes differ from an Oscar voter, the movie was simply ‘good’. \u00a0Entertaining, compelling, but not a film for everyone.<\/p>\n

3 stars out of 4.<\/p>\n

So many trailers released for so many things that I’m waiting for.<\/p>\n

Of them all, the Justice League<\/em><\/a> and Thor: Ragnarok<\/em><\/a> trailers were my favorite movie related ones (Ready Player One<\/em><\/a> gets an honorable mention).<\/p>\n

The TV ones were plentiful, with all the CW series and Star Trek Discovery<\/em> shown.<\/p>\n

So much to look forward to in the future.<\/p>\n

The Panda’s back.<\/p>\n

I don’t know how I feel about this, to be honest. \u00a0I believe in second chances, and this season is a wash, so what does it hurt?<\/p>\n

Pablo Sandoval was young and made a dumb choice, like many young, dumb people do.<\/p>\n
