I ordered this thing last Thursday, and according to Walmart and FedEx, it would be delivered on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Saturday arrived, and I stayed home and tracked it all day.\u00a0 Still on schedule for delivery by end of the day.<\/p>\n

But at 3:00pm, the status changed to ‘Pending delivery’ with no date given.<\/p>\n

Arrgh.<\/p>\n

By Sunday morning, the status had not changed, so I went in and requested the package be held at a FedEx office where I would pick it up later, since I wouldn’t be home if they tried to deliver it during the week.<\/p>\n

I got an email confirming the hold, but on Monday morning, the package status was changed to ‘Out for Delivery’ by end of day on Tuesday, 2\/5.\u00a0 I figured that meant it was on it’s way to the FedEx office.<\/p>\n

Wrong.<\/p>\n

Around 4:00pm on Monday, I got an email notification that the package HAD BEEN DELIVERED AT HOME, LEFT AT FRONT DOOR.\u00a0 So I left work immediately and found this at home.<\/p>\n

The driver left it on the sidewalk in front of my house.\u00a0 In a plastic bag.\u00a0 Anyone could have come by and taken it.<\/p>\n

Unboxed:<\/p>\n

Came with a cup, food tamper (lightsaber!), cleaning brush, straining bag, and instruction book.<\/p>\n

After doing the initial cleaning from the instruction book, I decided to make something from the book, and picked rice milk.<\/p>\n

Took a short while, and it was warm when it was done, so I put it in a pitcher and into the fridge.<\/p>\n

Next up I attempted to make a chocolate milkshake.<\/p>\n

This was a failure because I used the ‘smoothie’ button, and ended up with chocolate milk.<\/p>\n

I let the rice milk chill over night and tried it this morning.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Not bad.\u00a0 I’ll try the oat milk and nut milk later on.<\/p>\n

And soup.<\/p>\n

And ice cream.<\/p>\n

Oh, and I bagged up my lame Ninja food processor thing.\u00a0 I’ll probably drop it off during a Goodwill run.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
