{"id":3743,"date":"2019-03-17T15:12:29","date_gmt":"2019-03-17T22:12:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/saguisag.com\/blogv4\/?p=3743"},"modified":"2019-03-17T15:12:29","modified_gmt":"2019-03-17T22:12:29","slug":"ch-ch-changes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saguisag.com\/blogv4\/ch-ch-changes\/","title":{"rendered":"Ch-ch-changes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>My urologist wants me to go on a low sodium diet.<\/p>\n<p>Okay.\u00a0 I&#8217;ll go one better and just adjust my food intake in general.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve started by cutting out fast food.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve gone back to portion control, but not the point-counting from Weight Watchers, or WW as they now like to be called.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m going back to eating salads for lunch at least 3 times a week.<\/p>\n<p>Cutting out donuts.<\/p>\n<p>Cutting down on rice (again).<\/p>\n<p>Back to a small amount of cottage cheese for breakfast, with perhaps a waffle.\u00a0 And smaller amounts of my usual cereal and milk.<\/p>\n<p>Bananas are back.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m still eating pizza, just less of it.<\/p>\n<p>Controlled snacking (i.e. none or the actual recommended serving size, like 3 Oreos or 5 tortilla chips).<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ll see how this goes for the next few months.<\/p>\n<p>Hey, most of this has worked before.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My urologist wants me to go on a low sodium diet.
