Now, since the Gorn are more prominent on this show than they were in The Original Series\/TOS\/Those Old Scientists, would it be too much to think that we’re gonna see the Metrons in place of the Organians in next season’s Season 3 premiere, where they put a stop to hostilities, but not before having Pike fight the Gorn Captain?<\/p>\n

Because you sure as hell can’t tell me this takes place in the TOS\/Prime timeline if Starfleet is about to go to war with the Gorn, years before the Cestus III incident.<\/p>\n

Also, yay, it’s Scotty!<\/p>\n
