{"id":3136,"date":"2020-08-10T15:05:09","date_gmt":"2020-08-10T22:05:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/saguisag.com\/d6s\/?p=3136"},"modified":"2020-08-10T15:05:09","modified_gmt":"2020-08-10T22:05:09","slug":"print-and-play","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saguisag.com\/d6s\/2020\/08\/print-and-play\/","title":{"rendered":"Print-and-Play"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>One problem I have is finding time to play games.<\/p>\n<p>A further problem is preparing print-and-play games for play.<\/p>\n<p>Case in point:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3137 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/saguisag.com\/d6s\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/furry_football_logo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"185\" srcset=\"https:\/\/saguisag.com\/d6s\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/furry_football_logo.png 300w, https:\/\/saguisag.com\/d6s\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/furry_football_logo-2x1.png 2w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I originally purchased this game during PLAAY.com&#8217;s 2018 holiday sale, and even printed out the game and the expansion team set that was sold separately.<\/p>\n<p>The original teams:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Houston Hombres<\/li>\n<li>Los Angeles Lunatics<\/li>\n<li>New York Nukes<\/li>\n<li>Detroit Rippers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The first 4 expansion teams:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minnesota Chill<\/li>\n<li>Seattle Droids<\/li>\n<li>San Francisco Heroes<\/li>\n<li>Cleveland Stevedores<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I let the game sit on a shelf, and every time they released another expansion, I&#8217;d get it and print it out, but I only ever cut out the original 8 teams.<\/p>\n<p>By the time I collected the rest of the teams they had released the game as a boxed edition.\u00a0 And since I already had everything in print-and-play format, I decided against buying the boxed edition.<\/p>\n<p>I finally did get around to cutting out the 16 remaining expansion teams, and have yet to cut out the international expansion teams.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vegas Bada Bings<\/li>\n<li>Miami Maelstrom<\/li>\n<li>Pacific Dreadnoughts<\/li>\n<li>Phoenix Inferno<\/li>\n<li>New Orleans Big Fun<\/li>\n<li>Chicago Binge<\/li>\n<li>Boston Malcontents<\/li>\n<li>Denver Wild Blue<\/li>\n<li>Dallas TNT<\/li>\n<li>Gulf Coast Splash<\/li>\n<li>Kansas City Drifters<\/li>\n<li>Atlanta Gems<\/li>\n<li>Milwaukee Buzz<\/li>\n<li>Washington Panic<\/li>\n<li>Philadelphia Mongrels<\/li>\n<li>Nashville Twang<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I did manage to print and cut out the coach cards, and assigned a coach to each of the 24 teams.<\/p>\n<p>Now I just need to figure out a play format, and a league format, though 12 teams per conference and 4 teams per division makes the most sense, I suppose.\u00a0 At least until I introduce the International teams into the mix.<\/p>\n<p>And I suppose I should play an exhibition game or two so I can learn how the game plays.<\/p>\n<p>Stay tuned!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One problem I have is finding time to play games.
