The one toy I’ve still wanted since 1977.
$180. Ouch.

Of the many items that I picked up on Force Friday 2015, the Millennium Falcon bluetooth speaker may be the only one that’s being used or out on display. Jedi Holocron, die cast vehicles, most figures are all in storage tubs.
That said, I’m probably going to get porgs this time around.
The only Black Series figures that I may get are Hera Syndulla and Grand Admiral Thrawn.
And $800 for a LEGO Millennium Falcon? Ouch.
I’ve been on a Jack Kirby kick for the past year or so, slowly reading the collected Machine Man series, and recently getting into OMAC.
I remember seeing this particular comic when it first came out, on a rack in a grocery store, but didn’t bother asking Mom and Dad if I could get it. I probably ended up with an issue of Action Comics or Superman.
Anyways, the original series ran for only 8 issues, and as I always do, I browsed the web to see if an OMAC figure was still available.
It is, and for less than $8 shipped, on Amazon.
By the way, this Monday is Jack Kirby’s 100th birthday.
Today I saw a few items during my Target run that I’d usually pick up right away.
But the fact that I have more than a few figures still in their packaging has made me curb my figure purchases.
I simply don’t have room for a lot of this stuff anymore.
Of course, this all goes out the window when Force Friday rolls around.
This year’s GI Joe Club 12″ Membership Figure is the Arcane Adventurer!
Which I’m naming “Harry”.
Behold!
The GI Joe Collector’s Club incentive figure arrived, and his accessory set is on it’s way.
This is the Man of Mysteries, or the Arcane Adventurer. He has a glow-in-the-dark katana, and the other gear and outfit pictured.
He came dressed like this:

So, what’s a good name for an Arcane Adventurer, similar to Constantine or Kolchak or Mulder?
