Another thing I like is how the Boardgame Companion gives an estimate of the number of pitches thrown in the game.  BallScore, being an actual scoring program, can’t do that.

So I’ve decided to switch over my 1971 Giants replay to Digital Diamond Boardgame Companion as well.

I really like the Digital Diamond reporting, especially the Player of the Game and recap highlights at the end of the boxscore.

Last game before the All-Star Break.

Rookie Bernie Williams pinch hits a game winning grand slam in the top of the 12th.

The Giants go into the All-Star break with a 56-34 record one win better than they were in real life.

After the All-Star break, the Giants go to Cincinnati for a series against the Reds.
