The Giants snap their 4 game losing streak.  Gaylord Perry throws a complete game for his 12th win of the season.

Next up: the Giants start an 8-game homestand against the Cards, Dodgers, and Astros.

Drama in extra innings as Jack Hiatt drives in 2 off of starter Ron Bryant for a come from behind Astros win after 9 innings of shutout ball by both starting pitchers.
