Game two of a double header.
Final from Braves Field:
The Giants split a double header, as Doug Fillingim pitches a complete game shutout and goes 2-3 with a home run.
The Table Top Sports Games of Chris Saguisag
Almost a year between games in this replay. Hopefully It won’t be that long until the next one.
Final from Braves Field:
As always , it took a couple of innings to get back into the rhythm and flow of a game that I hadn’t played in a few months.
The new, printed 1921 season set is a nice upgrade from the old PDF set that I printed 6 years ago. For one thing I think more players are included, for another a team of 1921 Negro Leaguers was included. Not sure what I’m going to do with them yet, maybe have them play each of the MLB teams in the set.
Stay tuned!
I just ordered an updated set of the first season that I started playing with Payoff Pitch Baseball, way back in 2014.
I may reread this book to get inspired to play. I played about 33 games in this season replay and will probably continue from that point.
My replay has them well below their actual record, 18-15 vs. 22-11.
Stay tuned!

I get bored, sometimes I create a new replay project.
Like this one.
This was a Kickstarter project that I backed and received back in 2017. It’s been sitting on my shelf ever since.
I opened it up and found that the bubble wrap used for shipping was still in it, and the cards were still in the ziplock bags.
The game came with 8 16-player teams, 3 National League, 3 American League, and 2 Negro League.
The game also came with 3 extra cards as stretch goals: Barry Bonds, Roger Clemens, and Babe Ruth’s pitcher card. I added the cards to the teams semi randomly, Bonds to the first NL team, Clemens to the second AL team, and Ruth to the 3rd AL team.
In setting up the replay in BallStat, I added 1 Negro League team to each of the National and American leagues.
Team names are from the Atlas of the DC Universe from Mayfair Games and DC Wiki.
Central City Stars
Coast City Angels
Gotham Knights
Blüdhaven Bloodhounds
Metropolis Meteors
Midway City Chiefs
Star City Rockets
Keystone City Salamanders
I’m not sure how often I’ll play this league, but I do intend to learn how to play this one, soon.
Stay tuned!
