1921: Giants Replay, Games 42 & 43
PLAAY Holiday Sale 2020
No sign of the two missing MLB NL card sets.
But did pick up a few PDFs from PLAAY.com‘s 2020 Holiday sale, including:
- a new jai-alai game
- the NFL/AFL 1969 season for Second Season football
- the MLB 1975 season for History Maker Baseball, which comes full circle since the sample teams in my original boxed game were the 2 World Series teams from 1975
- the 1960 SCRAM (fictional) season for Red White & Blue Racing
Of the 4 I’ve already printed out the racing set, and am currently making the schedule for the Replay To Be Started Soon™.
The funny thing is that just last week I was wondering if PLAAY was ever going to come out with a 1960s season set for the game. Hopefully a NASCAR set will be produced from that era.
I’m still hoping that those two season sets show up.

Ball Park Baseball
I just read on Facebook and on the Delphi forums that Ball Park Baseball ceased operations yesterday. They will stop taking orders on August 15th.
I have enough seasons to keep me busy for years to come, but it’s a shame that they were close to releasing an updated version of the game, along with an online version, and parties involved had a falling out.
The 1917 and 1971 season replays will continue sometime soon.

Now that I have the 1939 New York Giants replay squared away (with the possibility of expanding it to an ‘all New York’ replay), I think I can finally get back to the 1917 and 1967 replays.
We’ll see what I can get to the gaming table tonight.
Odd that I have no desire to play a soccer game at the moment, with the World Cup underway…
