Until MLB Opening Day 2022.
If I focus on 1 Giants replay, I may be able to get it done by then.
1921 has 100 games to go.
1971 had 109 games to go.
Hmph.
Perhaps I should shoot for having one or both done by the All-Star Break?

I want to take a chunk out of all the baseball replays I’m currently running, so I’m going to try to play one game a night for as long as I can do that.
If I were more focused last year I would have finished at least one of these replays.
I have about 3 where I’m close to 40-50 games in, so I’ll start there, though I think I may start the 1986 dual replay that I’ve been itching to play, tonight.

Final from Crosley Field:
Giants drop 2 to the Reds.
These were the first two games played with a set of all-new charts from Sideline Strategy, including expanded rare play charts.
The rare play charts may have cost the Giants the second game, as Slim Sallee was tossed after arguing a called ball 4 against Lew Fonseca, who eventually scored the winning run on a sac fly by Bubbles Hargrove.
Next up: the Giants go to St. Louis to play a series against the Cardinals.
Stay tuned!
I should be further along in these replays, considering all the time spent at home. It’s taken exactly 9 months to play this 4 game series between the Giants and Pirates.
Of course I had started this particular replay 7 years ago. Never imagined I would get to the 100th anniversary of the season in question.
Final from Forbes Field:
Giants take 3 of 4 from the Pirates.
Next up: Giants come home to the Polo Grounds to face the Cincinnati Reds.
Stay tuned!
