The Table Top Sports Games of Chris Saguisag
I’ve expanded the 1960 SCRAM Racing Series from 19 races to 29 races, doubling up on the non-road course tracks, and adding PLAAY.com sponsorship to the event names.
My plans are to run this and two other racing series (1984 NASCAR, 2016 SCRAM) in my unscheduled sports gaming replay rotation, which seems to have settled on baseball (1921/1971 Giants), soccer (2011-12 Spurs), auto racing, and hockey (1966-67 Maple Leafs). I don’t have the patience or interest in basketball or football at the moment, but that may change as the year goes on.
I may even dip into a few more neglected games/replays.

The Southern 500 from the Southern Super Speedway
Race Results and Current Standings:
I arbitrarily picked the #42 Chevy and driver Boyce Daly as the CS Motorsports team for this series, and the pre-race activities resulted in Daly and the #42 getting suspended for 2 races because officials discovered “out-of-tolerance” engine adjustments on the car.
I’m guessing that this will ruin his chances at the championship. Ah well.
Next up: the EverSport Outdoor 301 @ Gulf Coast Speedway.

No sign of the two missing MLB NL card sets.
But did pick up a few PDFs from PLAAY.com‘s 2020 Holiday sale, including:
Of the 4 I’ve already printed out the racing set, and am currently making the schedule for the Replay To Be Started Soon™.
The funny thing is that just last week I was wondering if PLAAY was ever going to come out with a 1960s season set for the game. Hopefully a NASCAR set will be produced from that era.
I’m still hoping that those two season sets show up.

The image above was generated from the This Person Does Not Exist website. I took the name from two real Filipino race car drivers, Marlon Stockinger and Pepon Marave.

Hopefully I’ll get to run a race with him later this week.
