As a result of an accident, which, even though the car was still drivable, had my car written off as totalled, I got a new car.
My old relable 2000 Honda CR-V, INDYCRV, has been replaced, or upgraded, after 26 years with a 2021 Honda CR-V. I’m probably going to transfer the plates to the new car.
I compared it to going from the Original Series Enterprise to the Motion Picture Enterprise.
There’s a lot to get used to, from the backup/rear camera to figuring out how to integrate my smartphone into the car’s system. That last one allows me to use my existing navigation app (and Spotify) with the vehicle’s touch screen.
They even threw in a 3 month trial of SiriusXM.
And I can change the wallpaper on the display, which I’ll play with this weekend.
