In Progress, Revised

I’ve cut back on projects by picking the full season replays that I plan to actually play in the next 3 months or so.  This eliminated a few long dormant items on my list, allowing me to focus on what I’m already playing, and also allows me to narrow the choices on what else to play.

I’ve also separated the ‘short’ projects (less than a season, individual pitcher seasons, playoff runs) into their own list.

And of course there’s stuff like the heavyweight boxing tournament in Title Bout II and the Facebook Friends Wrestling Federation in Face to the Mat which are more like casual pick-up games that don’t require a schedule.

I hope to finally tally a game in both hockey and basketball fairly soon.

Another Side Project?

But aren’t they all?

Inspired by Mike Yastrzemski’s visit to Fenway Park, and his reunion with this grandpa, Carl, I think I may do a 1967 Red Sox replay.

I have so many 1967 sets to choose from, after all.  But it’ll probably be Ball Park Baseball.  On second thought, I think I’ll use one of the other game systems, but I’m not sure which one yet.

I wanna see if I can get Yaz to win the Triple Crown.

Race results and current standings:

Darrell Waltrip is increasing his lead on Richard Petty.

Your race winner, Ricky Rudd!

Rudd’s actual first career win was 4 years later at the 1983 Budweiser 400, on June 5th at Riverside International Raceway.

Next: the Volunteer 500 @ Bristol Motor Speedway.

In Progress

I have decided that these will be the projects that I will focus on for the time being.

Stay tuned!

1967

I have not touched any of my other 1967 replays since October 2016, about 4 months before I turned 50.

I think it’s time I changed that, so this week I’ll either continue my 1967 Broncos season replay, or attempt to start either a 1967-68 basketball or 1966-67/1967-68 hockey season replay.

Stay tuned!
